A block explorer confirmation proves an on-chain transfer, not that the casino matched it to the player account. The receiving system may still require more confirmations, a minimum amount, a supported network and a correct tag or memo. Keep the original deposit instruction beside the explorer record.
Open the correct explorer
Use the explorer for the network actually sent and record the transaction hash, asset, contract where relevant, amount, sender, destination, time and confirmation state. Do not paste a seed phrase into any checker.
Compare against the deposit instruction
Match the destination address, network, required tag or memo and minimum amount from the account’s deposit screen. A correct token ticker on an unsupported network can still fail automatic credit.
Classify the mismatch
The main branches are insufficient confirmations, below-minimum amount, wrong or unsupported network, wrong address, and missing or incorrect memo. Each has a different recovery boundary; some are not recoverable.
Submit a safe recovery packet
Give verified support the hash, asset, network, amount, address, memo status and account ID. Primary exchange guidance commonly asks for these fields. Never pay an unsolicited recovery agent or disclose wallet keys.
