A bank transfer passes through sender and recipient systems before the casino ledger credits it. “Sent” in the banking app does not always mean the named recipient has accepted and matched the payment. Preserve the original receipt while every party checks the same event.
Record the sender-side event
Save the bank reference, date and time, amount, currency, recipient details and status. If the bank offers a receipt, retain the original file rather than a cropped notification.
Check the matching field
Casinos or payment processors may require a specific reference, account email or customer number. Compare what was entered with the cashier instruction. Do not send a second transfer simply to correct a missing message.
Identify return versus delay
A returned transfer should create a credit back to the sender with its own timestamp or reference. A pending transfer has not completed that loop. Ask the bank whether the funds were released, rejected or recalled.
Give support a complete trace
Provide the sender reference, exact recipient, amount, time and required matching field through the verified channel. Ask whether the recipient account received the transfer and whether manual allocation is possible.
Before you act
- bank receipt retained
- matching reference checked
- return credit distinguished
- recipient trace requested

Questions answered
Does sent mean the casino received it?
No. It may still be processing or awaiting recipient acceptance and matching.
What if I omitted the payment reference?
Contact verified support with the bank receipt and ask about manual allocation.
Should I resend a returned transfer?
First establish why it returned and confirm the current recipient instructions.
